The owners take very good care of the place, conduct daily walks of the property, and sit on their front porch in overwatch of the park. I stayed there for a year. This is a safe place for full-timers. The security, included cable TV, onsite laundry, and park bathrooms with showers put this RV park as one of the best RV parks in driving distance to Fort Polk.
Been here 2 yrs. Love the people, MGMT is great. Everything is clean and tidy.
The peopke here are excellent. Up side is this place has great upkeep on the landscaping... downside is this place has great upkeep on the landscaping. The lawnmower and blower runs everyday during the day, then the trains start after dark and continue thru the night. Would be awsome if it was quieter.
Stayed for almost 2 years. Great people and good maintenence on the camp grounds.
