It is maddening that you leave with gas tank on a certain amount and told that I would be competed for a certain amount because I had to go to a different location to pick up my rental. This was done by the supervisor and after I turned the car back in I was charged for gas. Over $50!!! It was above the amount that I was told to return it with!!! Now the supervisor seems to be unreachable!!!! This is not acceptable and it was reserved by my auto insurance!!! The professionalism of Leesville workers are not customer service. When a person is being assertive NOT aggressive and called Rude that person needs to take Customer Service classes to understand the difference. I'm still waiting on hearing from the Supervisor and he needs to do his job correct!!! If I could I would give NO STAR!!
