My wife went to go get an oil change here. Just something quick and easy, yet these people have no idea how to do any simple maintenance on a vehicle. Comes time for another oil change, the filter was the same that I put on her previous oil change, and they stripped a the cap, and the bolt. When we called about it, they said there was nothing they can do and their hands are tied. Then with the manager getting upset in a not so polite term told my wife to go screw herself and they weren't reembersing us for their mistake.
Today the manager gave helpful information in looking for a certain toy. He was very pleasant. He took the time to see if we needed help. Checkout was easy especially since the checkout person Lynne was very nice and pleasant also. A very good experience today.

The staff here is very rude and inconsiderate especially the so called management. Trying to find corporate # so i can file a formal complaint. Its just ridiculous
