I sent a letter of concern to the office manager and have made two attempts to speak to her via phone without receiving any response. My complaint is that no apology or explanation was offered for their mix up; a mix up that cost me time and money. My time and healthcare benefits are important to me.
No complaints at all with the physicians care I received. Very unhappy about the lack of consideration demonstrated by the office manager; I received an appointment slip for a procedure and took sick leave from work to have the procedure done. When I arrived for the procedure I was told I was not on the schedule and could not be worked in. I rescheduled and was seen at a later date.
