Friendly helpful employees. They get busy right astound 1700hrs though.
To have a rating over 2 they must be reviewing themselves. Painfully slow, never been here and waited less than an hour to speak to someone.
I went in to make some changes to my account on Thursday evening and waited for over an hour to be helped. And the help never came. Finally I had enough and made an appointment for 9:30 the following morning. 9:30 the following morning... still waited 10 minutes to get seen. I have no issues with the service I received, but for the love of god I had to wait for it!
