I would not deal with these people anymore... They trying to rip me off and trying to figure out the problem the lady gets an additude and hangs up. Yea real proffesional u idiot! U should be fired! I would not put a rating at all but had to because I would not be able to post ur review!
I have had 4 loans with Tower Loan in Leesville. I have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience with them and NEVER had a problem. Out of the four loans I have had/currently have, I have used 3 different types of loans.
They are always very welcoming and friendly and they make things happen! I would recommend Tower Loan to ANYONE!
well i have a review for you...i dont even have a loan with tower yet they call my job for my brother knowing hes in basic and we promised them his entire tax return two days prior to the last call at my job of which i repeatedly asked them not to do and because i work in collections i know my rights and think it is very bad business to in turn call my sister and leave a voicemail saying i had an attitude with her...yes i had an attitude i dont owe you a dime and you continue to call my job....asking me...single mother of 3 struggling to get by to pay you for something i didnt borrow!!! really natalie!!!!!!!!! and my name is amanda!!!!
Love how people want to rant about a business but yet wont put who they are....my family and have had many loans and have never had any problem with these wonderful ladies...sounds like some just pay their bill ..
