Found some of their employees to be rude and unsanitary. After working in the food industry for a few years, i have had to deal with employees and their cleanliness. The unprofessionalism is pretty apparent with the 2 experiences I have had there. A few employees were very nice, but it seems anyone in charge just abuses their authority. I would rather drive to Alex or Lake Charles than watch management be so lazy. If you value your health, skip this place all together.

I am pretty disappointed, we had traveled hours and stopped for ice cream on the road. My daughter (10) had to use the restroom before we placed a order and we walked in the restroom to find a smelly bathroom with the toilet back up with toilet paper and feces. I asked the girl at the counter if she knew the toilet was backed up, she said she did and said nothing else. We had to use Mexican Lindo’s restroom and decided not to use this establishment for sanitary reasons.
Went here on my lunch break only had about twenty minutes until I had to be back to work. Me and a coworker walked in and stood at the counter, we didn't see anyone for about three minutes until we noticed a young man walk out from the back on the phone, we waited patiently until he went back into the back and then returned a few minutes later, still on the phone, with another female worker holding cookie sheets. Neither of the employees greeted us or even acknowledged us for ten minutes. We continued to wait, and finally was served after they continued to fiddle with the oven. They didn't know anything about the products and they couldn't do basic tasks like fill up the napkins. I was late to work and overall had a frustrating and annoying experience at this location.
The ice cream is amazing, and comes in a huge array of unique flavors but they do have regular flavors. You can mix and match, top it with any topping or have them blend together in a cup, a waffle cone or a waffle bowl,with or without edges dipped in either white or milk chocolate and covered in sprinkles or plain. Friendly,helpful and extremely patient staff made the experience with my kids the best. They do birthday parties and ice cream cakes along with cookies from Great American Cookie.
