My mother passed away in October 2009, she didn't have any insurance so her family was left to pay the bill. The director at the funeral home was very helpful and let us pick the things for mom's funeral that would make her proud. He never tried to tell us what to choose or to tell us that we should choose something else less expensive. I am very grateful for the assistant that we were given and the respect that was not only showed to mom but to us also.
