Very helpful staff. The furniture is not cheap, but then again, it's not cheaply made either. It takes a little while for them to get your order in and stained if you're having them stain it but it's worth the price compared to cheap particle board stuff you have to assemble yourself.
They have excellent sales staff. The showroom was tastefully decorated with a large selection of items.
One note, they only accept cash for finishing.
