WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!!!! I am completely disappointed with every bit of them!!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
HORRIBLE. Put $4,000 deposit on May 2 for a pool. Told it might take two months to get installed. It is now almost 5 months later. Still no pool. We called them numerous times and were ALWAYS told, "2 more weeks." Finally called today, 27 September, and told "we'll be there tomorrow." I told them we no longer wanted the pool since we would just have to winterize it now and "John" gives me an attitude and says "you couldn't have called sooner?" REALLY?!? R&S never called us once in almost five months! Terrible business practice. We try to support local business but when you're treated like this forget it. We'll take our business to Alexandria.
R&S provides all the pool needs for the property I manage and they are always extremely helpful!~

John and his crew have been my lifeline for everything to do with my pool from replacing my torn liner so the chemicals I need to maintain. Great group of people and they always lead me in the rt direction and when I break it he's always quick to come fix it lol. I often recommend then to anybody that asked for a great pool company
