The cashier Paula always so professional ,always so calm, always smiling and may I add that her smile is genuine but do you know what I love most of all about this lady the welcome you receive when you push that door oh my word it's music to my ears just the way she says "Good morning welcome to Dollar Tree " is so sincere you know what I do when I push the door and see that she's busy cashing a customer guess what I do I stand at the door and wait until she's finished then she looks up and she sees me she knows I want to hear that awesome greetings it brings a smile to my face. She's really a true professional I've never seen her angry or disrespectful to a customer
So I go into this store about 3 times a week and today there was a new lady checking ppl out that had a management tag on and so I sat my basket on the register like I always do and she asked me to take my items out of basket which has never happen at any store I have ever been to before so I just looked at her and she made a comment about all the customers looking up at her when she asked that and I said yeah because we have never been asked that at any of the stores or any other store and another worker asked "never asked what" and she told her the other lady said yeah that doesn't bother me to take it out, then the new lady said well " it's a inconvenient for me." First she's there to make it fast and easy for the customer I wouldn't say this but I worked in retail for many years and would have never said or done that.. Now dont get me wrong I have never had problems before today and I no the manager pretty well and she is great but the new lady needs to go. Thats my only negative
