Sean is good. The lady is super rude. After her rudeness towards me, she talked to her child on FaceTime the entire rest of the time for at least 45 minutes while she finished my nails. She was still talking as I was paying. So my quiet relaxing time was spent listening to her and her children (or someone) have a conversation in a language I didn't understand. Never will be going back
I love it when Sean does my nails! He always does a great job. This woman who did my nails was not nice and left my nails rugged looking! They are supposed to be smooth! I tried to get her to change it, but she wouldn't!
At first I wanted acrylic on my regular nails, but she acted like she didn't understand. So I told her French tip and square, but I failed to tell her I wanted GEL NAILS. I always get gel because it works better, looks better, and won't scratch or break. Now I have to see if Sean will fix this mess.
Out of all the places to get your nails done (which aren't very many) this place is great. The shop may seem a little run down but its clean and in all they have great customer service and the outcome of what you want is perfect. The owner Sean does a great job with taking care of you and so do the employees. I usually would go with, (I believe) her name is Kim. She does a fantastic job. She even does her own nails and her nails always look great. I would recommend this place to anyone and just a tip, try to go early in the day, they get pretty busy by the afternoon.

Don't get Kym! I was going to get a mani/ pedi. I had to ask her to redo the mani and it still looked awful so I forwent the pedi. I was charged $45 for the mani but didn't get the massage and extra skin clipped off the surrounding nail. All she did was paint on the acrylic.
