Dr Polanco is a outstanding Physician. However, his Nurse and Office Staff are a Nightmare. Can not get prescriptions refilled. Been calling and going there now for 2 weeks since I am out of my Medicine and nothing been done. Time to find another Physician

Office personnel are unprofessional and getting a refill is an act of congress!
