They were called out 3 times to our house to help us with our car. Instead they put it theft mode and couldn't get the job done. Now we are spending over $1000 to fix our computer system which they ruined. When they made us pay $200 already. They should have told us they can't fix it instead of ripping us off. They had no idea how to fix what they screwed up and they should have been straight forward with us. All of them had terrible costumer service skills and now won't answer our texts or calls.
