From the time I arrived in town, the staff worked late and made sure my family and I were into a fitting and beautiful home within days. They even worked with the owner to renew and replace the water heater and central A.C. This has been the most pleasant property management I have dealt with of my 16 years in the Army. Mistie and Michelle make dropping off rent a nice chore. Can't wait for the 1st lol!
Robin Bailey is the bomb. She answered every question and kept me informed through out the entire process. She made this purchase easy and painless. Had a very positive experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.

My Husband and I are very grateful we found Michelle Slaughter to manage our rental property.
I have been waiting for almost 3 months for my garage to be fixed. We can not open it and have been told repeatedly they’ll fix it and still nothing. There are still things that haven’t been fixed since we moved in 6 months ago. Never have I had such issues with a rental company with fixing things in a house. My husband had to fix the leak in the house so my kids would stop sliding and falling because they never came to fix it. So disappointed.
Words can not express how thankful we are for this company primarily our amazing property manager Michelle! As a military family we left the area in 2012 and Michelle had made sure that our property has been adequately taken care of while several tenants have lived in our home. Michelle is very hands on with the properties she manages giving us the reassurance we need to know our home is being taken care of. Michelle is also very approachable and great with communication which is key for a homeowner who is so distant from their home. We highly recommend Michelle for anyone in the area needing a great property manager!
