Nice and clean
The park is in a nice location for peace and quiet. The owner of the park stays on top of the class of people he rents too. By the way, the owner has put in a little café right on-site.
Vic is an outstanding owner and easy to work with. He is a straight shooter and will help you with anything you need. If you are a Soldier or Contractor the facility is 7 minutes away from Alligator Lake Gate. OC/T's if your wife has a job at your home station and she doesn't want to leave, rent is the most affordable and you don't have to spend your entire paycheck on rent. The grounds are beautiful and the People are very professional and nice. I would recommend anyone to this place.
