Went to this establishment to have them check to see if my new car needed a high pressure switch they never bothered to really look at my a/c to see that the previous owner had removed it for some reason (my husband actually noticed this) mind you this was after pumping a pound of freon in my system. Went back following day by appointment to have them place the switch and charge system supposed to be there at 9 when we arrived the guy came out saying he got the wrong part and then was shown what part should look like admitted he sent the right part back and continuously embarrassed himself by proving he knows nothing about cars then explained he could get part back but had to wait because our appointment was made yesterday and "yesterday was yesterday". Needless to say my husband and I will never again waste time with this shop. Also as a woman I didn't appreciate being called sugar, sweetie, and babe by staff.
