I had a filling done on one of my front teeth, she drilled all into the tooth next to it as well. Anndddd, guess who had to pay for her screw up? Me. When I told her about it, she said "it must've already been there." Then shrugged her shoulders. How do I put a perfect half circle on the side of my freaking tooth?!
Great serivce. Front desk is very helpful. And they didn't gripe and moan when my wife was 10 minutes late once.
I switched after the last filling, she screwed that one up too. Had to go to west to have it fixed and had to pay AGAIN to do so.
this is the worst place to go to they did some work on my son and they told me insurance would cover it all then after sent me a bill and when i contacted the insurance they said they never called to see if it would be covered its their job to do so and they didnt they didnt even apologize they are very rude by the way i had to click on star to post this if not i wouldnt have gave them the star they really dont deserve it
The place is clean and sanitary. Waiting time is minimal. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My problem is with Dr. Culp. I told her I wanted 2 lower teeth repaired and an upper partial. We discussed cost and she let me know in no uncertain terms that she didn't care about what it costs or what the insurance would pay because that was not her problem. When I refused to go to a periodontist that she recommended for a "deep cleaning", she told me it was unethical for her to repair the two teeth and make a partial for me and turned me over to another dentist in the office for a "second opinion." That dentist (Dr. Hudson) had no problem doing what I asked. He didn't find it unethical. Makes me wonder if she gets paid for the referral and when I refused to go, she didn't want to work with me.
I had a tooth pulled that didn't need to be pulled.
Got a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Culp. It was very painful she only numbed one side of my mmotb and tried to pull it. When I squirmed in my seat and said I needed more shots she insisted it was just pressure, and it clearly wasn't after about 20 mins of her trying to pull it with me squirming and grunting in pain I finally just gripped the chair and took it to get it over with, and she repeatedly told me she would not work with me again. I have never been treated so rudely by any one of such high profession. I will not go back! Afterwards her assistant apologized for her and told me she knew herself I wasn't just feeling pressure. Dr. Cull never came back in to check or to apologize for her bad bedside manners.
Clean place and very professional staff. For a dental place, its rare to see a smile in there. But hey, who's noticing, right?
