***WORST OFFICE MANAGER EVER*** I seriously created a gmail account just so I could leave a review for everyone to see. I absolutely DO NOT recommend going to this office. I was quoted a worst case scenario price for the work that needed to be done. (Which was already over my budget) but I went ahead and did everything. After the appointment I went to pay and it was way over the amount that I agreed to pay. I asked to speak with the manager (very nicely) in attempt to see what we could do to work things out since I obviously could not afford the work they had done. The office manager was so RUDE. I could not believe how she handled the situation. I ended up having to pay the amount they changed me. When I asked to speak with someone above her, her response was "I'm It". Worst dental experience ever!
I had a really good experience at West Dental. I had a tooth extracted and I didn't feel a thing. I had to go back for a follow-up because I had a dry socket. They was able to see me the same day I called and Dr Troy fixed my problem. He is a AMAZING Dentist along with is Dentist Tech. I will be going back if I have any other problems.
Just got a wisdom tooth pulled everything went good. People are friendly and the offices are clean. I felt welcomed when I came through the door.
The dentist and dental assistant are amazing. There is practically no waiting time to see the dentist.
