Chaparral is a wonderful place to stay in Leesville. The property manager Shannon is great, as well as the entire office staff, very friendly and welcoming. Any problems we had inside our apartment was always quick to get fixed. Rent is reasonable, and property is well kept. I recommend these people to anyone that is looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

Stay far away!! This place is bug infested, overpriced, outdated, very rude staff, and loud neighborhood. I have lived in many different places and this apartment complex is BY FAR the worst place I've ever lived!
Awesome staff who go the extra mile for their clients. Place is clean, well groomed, and affordable. Quiet location and 2 miles or less from Walmart and other local businesses and services. 10 minutes from Ft. Polk and a smooth route to travel there. Two thumbs up.
This place may have been better under previous management but has since gone down hill. I was warned about the manager Shannon being problematic and somewhat dishonest then found true. If you must find housing in the area, I would highly suggest you avoid this place until someone better takes over.
