They rented me a home, to which I have never missed a payment, in Anacoco. They charged me to have my service animal living with me, violating the Fair housing Act. The air conditioning unit broke in the middle of summer, and we called them for a week straight to fix it. The AC blew up inside of the home before they would send someone out to fix it. The stove, which was an early 90s model, broke. The fridge, which was also very old, broke as well. The bathtub floors are soft and I can literally feel them sink in. The inside of the water pipes are absolutely disgusting. One of the walls caved in and there is mold inside of the walls, and inside of the closet.
Do not rent from them! The house that I am renting currently has so many problems. The back sliding door doesn’t shut all the way so they came and nailed it closed! Isn’t that considered a fire hazards?!?!? The house smells horrible! I’ve tried everything cleaned the walls, floors, candles everything! Smells like mold but the won’t do anything about it! Hot water doesn’t work in the kitchen sink. The list just goes on and on! I can’t wait for the next 10 months are over so I can get out of this house! I strongly strongly advise not going to this company!!!!
I rented a property for 2 1/2 years with Magnolia while I was stationed at Ft. Polk. The management was always friendly and great to deal with. I had 1 maintenance issue with a pipe, and they were quick to get it resolved. I would be happy to rent or sell a property with them in the future. -Scott
Do not do business with these people if you care about your finances, your health, or your family. They are slumlords.
If I could they would get no stars whatsoever, they screwed over my husband so many times. They completely ruined our credit and are not professional at all. I advice nobody to use them for anything and should be reported to the Bad Business Bureau and shut down.
When I asked the neighbors about these issues, they stated that the owner of the house knows about the issues but refuses to fix them. I put in a 30 move out form, and already it is back online for rent again.
