Had collision work done from this dealership. Workmanship was very good but making sure everything works on their end is garbage. Had 4 plugs under the body disconnected. Trailer lights, back up sensors. Spent 30 minutes trouble shooting the issues.
Talk about helpful and understanding their customers!!! I am so happy with my experience at this dealership. Brad and Jacob were exellent help finding the vehicle for me! And their finance manager Shannon... OMGosh, she is not only an expert in her field but truly understands a customers needs. Thank all of you again!
I had engine issues going with my Charger. I was able to get an appointment right away. The lady at the service desk I think Brandie, helped me a lot and seemed to care to get to the bottom of my problem. I was even able to speak to a technician about it and he even rode with me. They took great care of me and my car!! I will be BACK!
Customer service was ok but punctuality was awful. Also was told that the drivers were there at 7:45 a.m. and later told they come at 8:00 a.m. would have never set an appointment knowing this.
My experience this time around with 171 Dodge was more than good, it was EXCELLENT. Brandi in the Service Department gets 5 stars. She always returned my calls and she kept me informed of the status while my car was in the shop for 5 days. She stayed on the warranty company and coordinated a loaner. Best experience in a long time. Your customer service is Awesome...
