Do not go to this dealership unless you want to get told lies from the moment you enter the dealership until the moment you leave. They will sell you a extremely over priced used vehicle that they try to cover up the damage on and they will confidently sell it. I purchased a car from wayne at the dealership and was told it had a backup camera and when i came to pick up the car it did not so they acknowledged there mistake and they ordered a aftermarket backup camera after telling me they ordered the factory dodge camera which they did not which was a lie. The camera they had gave to dodge to install was on my license plate instead of being on the trunk like any other normal factory backup camera and it blocks the screw to remove or put on any other license plates or decorations and the camera they installed is of very bad quality and is positioned uncentered leaving me blind of the whole left side view . I told wayne that i was unhappy he said the camera is fine and it looks good but Wayne directed me to his manager Randall who is one of the worst managers you can talk to he immediately just said we’ll go and talk to dodge who installed the camera which makes no sense because they just did what Wheelmart told them to do which was install a cheap aftermarket camera and now i Am not getting any reply’s from Wayne or Randall or any other member of Wheelmart to compensate for the camera that they told me that the vehicle had DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP unless you like to take people to court which is what I have to do because they will stop replying to you and will not try to compensate or fix there mistakes. WORST DEALERSHIP AND STAFF IN THE WORLD. Make sure to get on a we owe you slip whatever was promised for your vehicle or else you won’t get it.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this place. None of there employees know anything and will all tell you something different. I also would NOT buy any warranty from them. Just a little advise I would rather spend 1,000 more on a vehicle then to go to this "dealership". My truck I purchased with a warranty now needs a new turbo and the warranty gotten canceled because of the oversized tire and fuel tank which I purchased it with. they told me at first they would give me all my money back I paid for the warranty now there saying differently and that I should have known the warranty wouldn't cover with big tires and fuel tank. PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE!!!!!
I recently went to Jennings Go wheel mart to look into getting a car. The car was fine the price was fine but my credit didn't make anything easy. So we decided against it. We were told maybe if we applied to a different bank maybe it would work out better. We said no we will just wait til my car is paid off and left. It has been 5 days since then and we only went to one other dealership before them. I have gotten 7 new Hard Inquiries on my credit report since then. 2 of which I know was Go wheel mart. I am trying to dispute them now but I can't even get a reply from Go wheel mart now. If you value your credit do not go here...
Teri at wheel mart was great to deal with! She went way beyond what any other sales person I’ve delt with any where has done! What they told me they were going to do and the price we agreed on were all straight forward and correct! Thanks again for making it a great experience.
